Canadian orders usually take 1-4 business days to arrive. All orders are shipped with Purolator ground. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24hrs for the tracking number to become active with either carrier. Mavic is not responsible for delays in delivery due to weather or Canada post strikes

We accept returns on all unused items except Mavic custom made spray cans. These cans were made just for you so we cannot accept returns or refunds on these. All other items can be returned within 30 days from when they are purchased.
If any products you receive are defective you must contact us within 7 days explaining the issue. Defective items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged.
Missing Items must be reported withing 7 business days of receiving your order. Please email info@mavicautobody.ca with your order number and a photo of the package.
When purchasing our custom spray cans make sure you have provided accurate information. Mavic is not responsible for wrong color matches due to having the wrong paint codes provided. Custom cans will be shipped within 2 business days.
Yes, the h20 basecoat requires a clear coat to be applied within 24 hours of spraying
Our Mavic aerosol cans can go over cleaned and sanded 1k or 2k primers. It can also go over properly sanded and cleaned OEM coatings. Do not apply directly over raw plastics or metals.
Each Mavic base coat can contains 3oz of paint. Your coverage will vary based on the color (blacks, whites, greens, blues cover better. Reds, Yellows, tend to be more transparent.) A guideline would be 3-4 cans to do a primed car bumper, however spray cans are more ideal for small repairs or small projects.
